Home use and medical oxygen concentrator is a machine that produces oxygen by separating nitrogen and oxygen from air.
 
Currently all medical oxygen concentrator use PSA and VPSA process. It uses the different absorption ability of the zeolite molecular sieve between oxygen and nitrogen to separate oxygen and nitrogen.
 
Due to the selective adsorption property of zeolite molecular sieve, it has stronger absorbing ability to nitrogen than oxygen. When the air comes into the molecular sieve column, the nitrogen is absorbed, thus, high purity oxygen is enriched at the outlet of the absorption bed.
 

Because the absorbing ability of molecular sieves will change with different adsorption pressure. The whole process is a periodic dynamic cycle process.
