Activated zeolite powder is the original molecular sieve powder which is activated by high temperature roasting to remove water in the pores, and has excellent dispersibility and strong adsorption activity.
 
A small amount of moisture is an important issue in the production of polyurethane (PU), and trace amounts of moisture present in polyols can react with isocyanates to generate carbon dioxide and foam. At the same time, a large amount of heat is released, and the operation time is shortened.
 
When ENISORB-3AP activated zeolite powder is added to polyurethane and other products, it can effectively selectively adsorb trace moisture in typical polyurethane formulations, inhibit the occurrence of side reactions, reduce the generation of bubbles and prolong the operation time.
